Camera-Ready Paper Submission
These instructions apply to all accepted papers at ACM/IEEE ANCS 2021. The deadline for uploading the
camera-ready version of your paper is 30 November 2021, 23:59 (GMT). Use the
HotCRP submission website to upload your camera-ready paper.
At least one author of each accepted paper (including poster papers) must
register for the conference by the camera-ready submission deadline.
Specific Instructions
Please follow these instructions when preparing the camera-ready version of your paper.
- Use the ACM Primary Article Template (https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template) with
document class arguments of
10pt,sigconf,letterpaper
. No modifications to the template
are allowed. The final PDF will be checked for consistency with the template. Non-compliance can result
in your publication getting rejected.
- Papers should include ACM Computing Classification categories and terms. The template provides space
for this indexing and points authors to the ACM Computing Classification System at https://www.acm.org/publications/class-2012.
- The rights and permissions information and bibliographic strip must appear on the lower left hand portion of the first page.
You will receive this text (bibliographic strip, ISBN, DOI, etc.) via email after completing the ACM’s e-Rights Form.
A link to the Form will be sent to you from rightsreview@acm.org within a few days. Make sure to allow emails from this address.
- Do not number pages.
- The page limits are 12 pages for regular papers, 6 pages for short papers, and 3 pages for poster abstracts. These page limits do not include references.
- The submitted PDF file must have all fonts embedded. If you are unsure about how to check for this, see:
http://www.acm.org/binaries/content/assets/publications/word-to-pdf-instructions-.txt.
If you have any questions about the camera-ready process, feel free to contact ANCS 2021 publications chair Jiri Matousek.
